I dont think he ever released it.

However, the API is pretty much complete to make one.

The API is called VGExtreme and its in the programs forum. The available functions are listed in the includes folder after you download.

anyone have a runing Diplo bot ? or atleast one we can work on ?

Christ its took me awhile - to realise the last post on this thread was 2 years ago. I'm not even going to try asking about the Diplo Bot then..
