"Telegraph" Bot : VGExtreme Requests

Can someone please design a bot that would allow one character to send commands to the bot - this could be extremely useful in two boxing! I can donate a trial account key to this end if you need.

Slamm666 has made Ultrabot which will do just that but its still in developement, the command part of it doesnt seem to work for me but there is a work around by using the responcecommand part of it to send commands to 2nd account, works well but there's a limit to only 3 people in group atm, wont find the details for player 4.
