VGExtreme crafting variable request : VGExtreme Requests

Is it possible to grab the current base crafting skill values? In a tailoring example. this would be Material Processing, Material Processing Tools, Material Processing Utilities, Stitching, Stitching Tools and Stitching Utilities.

Note the value needed is the base, without buffs or gear.

This would be very helpful in automatically determining what actions are available and would allow a craft bot to adjust its technique as new skills are gained.
