VGextreme Vista32 : VGExtreme Requests

I was wondering if someone could make a extensive how Install a working version of VGExtreme, or maybe point me in the right direction. I have no idea how to regserver or any of that stuff. I bought the product have had access for about a month and cannot use it. I am a little bit disapointed and frustrated. Please help.

Ok have done those things already still does not work as soon as I start it it say VGexstreme has stopped running then closes. I dont get how to dll things maybe explain that. i also dont know how to add the line regsrv or whatever.
