how does it go whit the voting to vot wich user u admins want to get the new admin

Interesting how you typed that up. Well there are only 2 admins. Me and xunleashed. AS for mods though its selected alot on how helpfull people are. We take our time. No we wont allow someone with only a few posts to be a mod. Its mainly selected by me and xunleashed for mods. However if we get a ton of replies from the mods for someone that should be one we take that into consideration.
