Enchanting is good for all (for money) if you are a good score in enchanting of course...

If you want to make money make human mage with skinning and enchanting. Guarantee to have over 200g till lvl 40

Skinning is great for making money. Enchanting on the other hand isn't that great. Sometimes it can yield profit, but other times, on most servers, the expensive enchants will be done for free (as long as people supply the materials). Fiery weapon, Demonslaying, Icy Chill, etc. on my server are all free enchants as long as you supply the materials. I would just be careful with expecting money out of the actual enchating. Disenchanting items and selling the shards / dust is what makes more money in my opinion. It is especially helpful to disenchant blues / other drops that you gather in mid-level instances (Scarlet Monestary, Uldaman, etc.)

most enchanters dont even go for the skill ups, the just DE everything and sell the shards/dust to make money
