I have searched and Several post say that the guildes are posted here.

Where?

Looking for some help with 30-35 alliance quest..all seem to be 29 30 37 39
are we supposed to grind those levels or ?

Ya. These seperate public and premium in the same area is really awful, IMHO. ;)
