Loot table and mobs program? : World of Warcraft General Discussions

A while back when i used to play everquest i had heard about a computer system that someone had developed that you can run and it will show you a complete map of wherever you want in game. Also showed mob names and their current loot tables. I was wondering if anyone had heard of anything like this for wow?
