Macro's : World of Warcraft General Discussions

Hello everyone..

Could someone be kind and write a real guide to macroing?
ive read through alot and its all the basic in game info..it doesnt even tell you how to make it wait a certain time before it does anything.

or could anyone tell me how i can make a macro that casts windfury weapon(rank 1) every 5th min?
