Making a macro for 360 degree turn? : World of Warcraft General Discussions

I probably should post this in the macro section, but no one reads it. Basically, the idea is that you hit auto run, then press a macro button for a 360 degree jump turn, while you are at 180 degress of the turn you use a hotkey insta cast spell, finish the turn and keep running. This idea is for pvp and ideal for shamans b/c of insta cast shocks. To do this manually takes a lot of skill so I was wondering if it were possible to make a jump 360 degree turn macro. This would basically allow, with the use of our frost shocks for an initial slow, for a shaman to kite melee/rougues/what have you indefinately.
