indeed, killing some of the mob that are high in lvl is around 1-2 sliver. which is quite easy to reach 1 gold.

I think wow has enough money sinks that while it might seem easy to make money it goes fast. by the time your high enough level to kill those mobs that drop 1-2sp 1 gold isn't that much. you will be spending several gold everyother level on spells/weapons alone not to mention your probly going to be thinking about getting a mount :)

What do people here think about the price of gold? When WoW came out there was at least one site paying $5 per gold, now it's down to about $1. Is there a chance it might bob back up when people get high level enough to start shopping for mounts? Also: what are the best places to sell?

i doubt the price of gold will go up much...as more people level up the amount of in game money goes way up.

supply up = demand (and therefor price) down.

Money cost will only go down as people find better spots to hunt, find more epics to sell and find other useless junk. Crafting in WoW really doesn't do much, but is a create money sink.

yea crafting in wow blows, I only know this cause I wasted all my money keeping up to date with alchemy and cooking/fish/firstaid. I'm broke all the time. while I can make money fast I blow it even faster on crafting. course I waste a lot of money buying herbs at the AH because I hate spending 2hours a day finding them.
