Need help with blood of innocense for my boots of valor drop : World of Warcraft General Discussions

I am having a hard time understanding what I need to do to keep getting the blood so I can hopefully get my valor boots to drop. I have done the quest where i turned the bag in and got the blood. Unfortunately, the boots did not drop when I summoned the guy. Now I can not get another blood to drop. I have been in 5-man parties as well as 10 man raids. I was told not to turn the quest in so that I could continue to get the blood, but now others are saying you have to turn it in to get the blood to drtop again??? Some are also saying the blood only drops in 5-man while others say it also drops in a 10 man raid. Please help..I want my boots!!!!
