Hows it coming for WoW? Being that me(and probably alot others) are leaving daoc for WoW, might be a big money maker to have a WoW service and plugins I wanna test the kinks in open beta

Right now i'm open to ideas.

You can pretty much do anything you want with the Wow script engine.

What would be a script that you would like to see?

Have you downlaoded the Cosmos scripts from the downloads section?

i just wish i could get a chance to play it :/ didnt get my one thing

well richy said something about waiting for you or admin to make a service or something for WoW so he could get started on a Megabot script? That would be sweet when retail hits being able to do that. Fine tweaking it in OB so when retail comes, just easy lvling

I am excited to really get started with WoW im kind of reluctant to spend any real time in the beta because I wont be able to keep the characters I don’t want to invest that time in something that will get thrown away. But as I am leaving FFXI for WoW im interested in what the XU team has to say about there plans for WoW? Is there any talk of a service for WoW? a Fishing bot would be an awesome first script i think if the service could locate the bobbler or something like that i dono. in anycase im glad to see others allready talking about scripts and such for this game.

I know that wow works with XU.

And getting a basic service up would be pretty easy.

YEA vote yes for WoW. I plan on leaving that crap of a game called FFXI. I don't know about others but I'm sick of square making it so hard to make cash. From what I hear from a few friends that are doing the beta there isn't a problem making money.

Hard to make money? I made 900k yesterday on my primary character just fishing.

yes WoW for sure! now I got a lil idea, I keep hearing about how somehow cosmos is causeing certain skills to not go up correctly ie, when someone should gain skill in enchanting he gains skill in staffs instead. a GM told him to delete some folders blah blah blah basicly this tells me that these things are handled client side....which opens up all kinds of possibilities no?

O.o what neat!! good news heh..

Wow Service and even a simple fishing script would be good.
The only real thing the feature needs to do is Click the bobble when it moves and loot the box. You can use the Cosmos UI to take care of the rest of the fishing I believe.. With the Quick Fish and SomethingElse Fish

Was just wondering if there was an estimated time-frame (if at all) for a possible map plugin for WoW. I have no idea the amount of time investiture needed to write one of these -- if it's easy and quick, I know about 12 people personally that would want to use one, and I'm sure there are thousands more.
