Soulbound item i have and I cant use it, sell, or trade it?? : World of Warcraft General Discussions

so I am a human paladin.... i picked up an item called "Thieves Tool"
i was told that it is used for picking locks for another race character/poor me/lol
so far i can not trade it because it's soulbound..
Useless to my character
and no merchant of anykind will buy it from me...

AM I STUCK WITH IT ?????

I'm tired of carrying it around taking up a slot...
