This is a Great Way to level up for people around lvl 27 and up...
First you have to find someone to take you to Gnomeregan's safe zone once your there will look for NPC's "medics" and once you have found them pull around 2 elite 29 mobs near them and they will heal you over and over and keep you alive and get great experience and they dont steal agro or experience.

Well i hope you find this helpful because i know i did :)

I doubt they heal horde members...

I went into gnomeregan and even checked the instance but couldn't find any NPC healers.
Where are they supposed to be? "safe zone" isn't exactly a good description of where to go.

I informed my frined in Laughing skull about the exploit he said it worked fine for him as a Paladin but he also told me doing this as a caster would be harder since they got less hp/armor

Heres a map of gnomeregan i found not that well organized but it helps.

http://www.videogamemaps.net/?maps/pc/wow

and the easiest way to get to the clean zone ( Safe Zone) is once you enter the instance go straight ahead and drop down to the hall of gears... try to land on the big gear down there to take less damage and once you're down there there should be a tunnel area northwest that leads to the clean zone but be careful dont attempt this unless you got stealth or someone elses help

For a Mage, are you guys saying that the Heal NPC's will not be able to heal you fast enough to keep you alive?

I have an alt lvl 25 mage and several 40+ friends that could get me to the cleanroom.

Will it work for me?

I was a 26 druid when I got there, and as bear, with like 1200 health it was close pretty often and I died several times.
They start to cast their heal when you're at 50% health, but sometimes they start later than that, either because of lag or because they're out of mana (their heal takes 400 mana and they have about 800).

I seriously doubt that you can survive that because most of the mobs are chained together in groups of 2, and they do some really big damage.

And keep in mind too that they have like 2000+ hp. I'm not sure but it's possible you'll run out of mana all the time so it would take you a long long time to kill those things.
