Rogue BS Exploit (Nerfed) : World of Warcraft Nerfed Info

1) Dual wield a dagger in MH and sword in off hand. (Make sure both are onehanded.)
2) Make a macro that switches the sword and does bs or ambush immediatley.

/script PickupInventoryItem(16);
/script PickupInventoryItem(17);
/cast Ambush(Rank X)

/script PickupInventoryItem(16);
/script PickupInventoryItem(17);
/cast Backstab(Rank X)

Note: to get /cast Backstab(Rank X) just click on the backstab or ambush icon when you making the macro and it will auto paste.

3) The switch will go on quick enough that the game will think you have your dagger in MH.

Does this work? Has anyone tried it?

Uh-huh...and this works how?
If you have 100 energy, and you use backstab, thats 60 energy, and ambush costs 60 energy. How do you use ambush when you only have 40 energy? The only way this could work is if your character had done thousands of hours of Molten Core and had completed your epic nightslayer set.

The reason this is good is because when the switch is made from dagger to sword the game still lets you Ambush or Backstab. Instead of doing damage from your dagger you do damage from your sword. My dps has raised 100 points =)

Can you get banned for this?

You can get banned for any exploit but this one would be hard for someone to catch you unless they see you do it.

I tried this macro and for some reason it will switch the weapon but not cast Ambush. Any idea i have macro writing same as first post?? Thanks
