WOW Cheats - Easy Less-Rabi Achievement : World of Warcraft Nerfed Info

Ok so what you do is have your group stand opposite of the entrance. Then have a DPS (rogue or hunter) aggro the boss and then run up the ramp and out of the entrance and either Vanish/FD or die after he transforms. As the boss is heading back to his spawn point, have the tank grab him while he is heading back. If all went well he will still be in mammoth form. Kill him and you should get the achievement. Hopefully this helps.

I've yet to actually do it and confirm, but I have heard from a few people ingame that it does work with a hunter using FD.

This was how my group completed it a few weeks ago, I was under the impression it got nerfed already.

Edit: 1/11 - Apparently this hasn't been nerfed. Was helping a guildie with some achievements the other day and you can still do this.

We simply had a hunter engage and kite until he morphed, then me being the tank picked it back up as he was returning to his perch. He stayed a mammoth, easy achievement.

I'd jump on this while you can as they ahve nerfed several other easy to get achievements.

Just did it.. Nice and easy.. Confirmed.

This used to work, it doesn't anymore, they fixed it in 3.08 so you can not do this. He vanishes if you run out of the instance

The point of this trick was not to leave the entrance. If you cleared the opposite side some (from where you zone in, and come down the stairs), someone able to kite could kite him until he transformed. Then on the way back to his starting point the tank would engage and then the group would kill him.

I have been hearing this is nerfed though I am unable to confirm this at the moment.

I can confirm this has been fixed.

If you kite him in the instance and FD/vanish/die, or if you kite him out the instance he despawns entirely regardless of which method you used.

This is now one of the top three most annoying Glory of the Hero achievements.

Nerfed.

He seems to move more quickly, too.
