In order to do this your MUST have a warrior with a shield spike installed on his shield. Goto Jandice Barov and have the warrior tank her while a healer heals the warrior....do NOT kill Jandice - let shades spawn over and over and let the warrior BLOCK their attacks (it is the ONLY way to tag them) and EVERY one that gets hit with the shield spikes counts as 5 Argent Dawn Rep!

Just let shades keep spawning - revered in just an hour or two! Works like a charm!
