Colors the bobber purple if you are fishing alone.
If fishing with others, colors the bobber purple WHEN MOUSE IS HOVERING OVER YOUR OWN BOBBER!

Initial release of WowBobber. Highly experimental. Tested with WinXP running DirectX9.0c.

If yours fails, please contact me on forums to try and fix.


TO install, unrar to a folder of your choice.
Run Exhume.exe. Login. Close Exhume.
Run RunMe.exe and enter the file you want it to be called. Suggested: notepad (do not put .exe)
Run notepad.exe when in game. Do not run before game.


What does it do?
Dumps to a log file when you catch a fish.
Colors the bobber 255,0,255 (pink).



Working with others to get included in their scripts. Will make fishing 100% accurate, every time.

Just tried it, got "An unhandled win32 exception occured in notepad.exe [4060]" (Note: I named it notepad)

I followed the readme. So I'm not sure if I missed something or not, tried running it before/during/and after opening/closing exhume, and before/during/after WoW, nothing seems to get it to run.

razgriz... check your log it creates. Also make sure you have directx9.0c.

I have DirectX 9.0c, and it didn't seem to create a log file, here's a SS of my folder I put it in.
I'm not sure if I did something wrong, or not, so I hope It's just something I did stupid >.o lol

Ok uploaded 0.2 that should work. I tested it.

hehehehe.... antsy eh? we understand. gonna try this out when I get home from work. Should work great with WoW Tools once I get all the little add-ons in.

Error: most likely failed to login into xum security.

I have followed your directions to a T with no luck. Any ideas?

try manually registering exhumehelper.dll.

I load up Xunleashed start wow then run notepad exe it says that. The I

tried to load up xunleashed not click play and run notepad exe, same

problem. I also tried loading up the exume exe in the zip, logged in,

exited, loaded up wow ran notepad same problem and also I Loaded up

the exhume exe in the zip, logged into it left in running, and still the same

error. Not really too sure what is wrong. Other than this, Xunleashed is

working.

Not sure, you should be getting other errors like trying to load the wow bobber. More than those 2 lines.

Delete your wowbobber folder and re-run.

When you run your notepad it should pop up a message box showing a news link first. THen it should pop up a XUM login window. Do those 2 things happen?

No neither of these happen, all it does is gives me that error then it opens and does not work.
