Grade C equipments : Lineage 2 General Discussions

Are those only purchased by using C & D grade crystals and not Adena? At least that's how I see it in the Prelude, I wonder if they will change it in the Chronicle 1. Anyone knows the correct answer?

C grade items are all purchased using adena, the grade is just how good it is

Yes viper, C Grade and up is purchased with C&D Grade crystals, unless purchased from another player of course, and no i dont see this being changed.

all grade C/D weapons are bought with adena. The only thing the grade are for is to tell you how strong they are. and that they use grade d soulshot or spiritshots.

So which is it? C&D grade crystals required to purchase C grade equipments or adena? So far (at least in the NAOB), the only way I could purchase some C grade equipments is to go to the luxury shop; however, they tag the price as C & D grade crystals (so you can't buy them with adena). I'm all confused since you need to crystalize C grade equipments to get C grade crystals, yet you buy C grade equipment with C grade crystals. . . gaahh

Nevermind, it seems to be true that you need C&D for C grade, B&C for B grade and so on. That means after C grade, crystals will be needed to buy grade equipments instead of adena.

so where do the crystals come from? and will adena be obsolete?

yes, it is kinda confusing. but you see, we have a race called dwarves in lineage2, and they make equipment no equip needs crystals to be made ^^ If noone played dwarves, there wouldn't be any c-grades, or at least not many, cos you'd have to get them by drops only

go to giran, i think they are trader NPC's. they will sell the higher grade stuff but will only accept D&C grade crystals.

C grade crystals sell for like 3000 or 3500, I dont remember. They are not cheap.
