SWG Programs - Smoother Gameplay : Star Wars Galaxies Premium Cheats

Heres a little program i made to increase your framerate limit. Depending on how good your computer is this will make the game appear alot smoother.

Instructions: start your game(s), run the attached patch, enter your desired fps and press return. If all went well it will tell you it patched the game, now you can close the program and play.

Credits to Uli for coming up with this in the first place, i decided to reverse the fps address and make it work for computers running more than one SWG.

Sadly, I already tried to bypass the experimentation point system put it is all server side and not much can be done

Unless theres a major update the address shouldn't change, anyhow.. if this ever occurs heres a screenshot of some references from my dissasembler to help you find the address in the binary.

This works great. The game is so smoooooth running at 60FPS. There is still the same dips in FPS in Eisley and other places but where there's no dips, 60 FPS looks fantastic.

Just curious evilfigment. Does this work for only swg? Or would it work for other MMO's also?

This is for swg only. Most games dont cap the framerate they just enable vsync which limits the rate based on your monitors refresh. As swg caps it at the engine level using a variable, i just patch the variable in memory to allow a higher rate.
