And all the player from the same side than him (Black or White) will get a buff for 360 minutes that increase speed by 10% and critical rate by 1000/10000.
Boss from dungeon :
Those boss haven't any lvl cap. You can kill them when you want. The only things that change if you are too hight and that the color is more than dark blue (2 lvl after dark blue) : you will get less drop on those boss, but you will still got the clothes from the dungeon.
