Train med and Steps easy : 9Dragons - Submissions

1. put med and steps on your bar.. i use 8 and 9 use what ever you want...
2. Meditate. really fast make sure that you have full Vital energy
3. make sure your in peace mode.
4. turn them on...
5. your VE recovers fast enough u won't need to meditate while you go afk, and eat or w/e this seems to work with all of my characters

In order for it to work, you have to equipped with VE regen stuffs too..
Also, put them in cheng 1 to minimize the use of VE.

yea forgot... run to hefei and buy the 15 to ve recovery.... and i never had a problem with the cheng settings. i run it all the way up never have a problem

Just get some Crane Embroidered Sachet's from Hefei General Store

1.5k ea/Vital Energy recovery rate +15

Stuff them in your pockets!
Activate you Meditation and Steps in your Quick Slot Bar, then stand there in peace mode or open a stall and go AFK!
Come back later and viola, higher or maxed Cheng Steps & Meditation.
