Perks of the mod ship but not limited too.

You will have the ability to access the news blog for that specific game and add extra news you deem worth to the section.
You will be able to promote one item you really like that is mmo related on a special sponsor section of the site.
You will gain monthly mod points that you can cash in for free prizes.
You will get free beta subscriptions to upcoming games. Example sc2, ff14, ect ect. We work to please our mods.
You will be able to give people premium access and ban members.
Your own custom title on the site.
Access to special moderator only areas.

Moderator responsibilities but not limited too.

Create weekly topics for members to talk about.
Check submissions and premium discussion areas as much as you to can to mod yay and nay items.
Add interesting news pieces to the site that you know of.
Keep your game sections clean.
Add new information you find via the net.
Help move stuff to the nerfed section and stuff to the confirmed areas.
