dismanteling is giving these average values:

volcano/ind weapons: 25 Earth Elements
gold dragon: 50 earth elements
Conqueror: 25 Sea Elements
Freezing/darkest night: 50 sea elements
Divine: 100 Sea Elements
Depraved: 100 Flame Elements
Phoenix: 200 Flame Elements

When dismanteling bonus weapons, you're getting the following factors:

+0 Equip: Factor *1
+1 Equip: Factor *2
+2 Equip: Factor *4
+3 Equip: Factor *8
+4 Equip: Factor *16
+5 Equip: Factor *32
+6 = *64
+7 = *128
+8 = *256
+9 = *512
+10 = *1024
So when for example you dismantle a freezing axe +2, you will get about 50*4=200 sea elements.

I think those are the max values, since i got a crappy 916 sea elements from a +6 freezing axe. By your template, i should have got 3200. >.> You do the math. But i probably got the worst result possible. So, the bigger the +, the bigger it ranges from low to high.

Now let me tell you why Sogil's statement, or theory, if you will, is not correct.
1.) Everybody knows that +10 caps at 50.000 elements, but judging by Sogil's statement, it should be 204.800.
2.) He pulled it out of his sphincter.
3.) A +7 Divine Sword gave me a bit over 7.000 sea elements, but judging by Sogil's statement, I should have gotten 12.800.
4.) The term "average" is a number which describes the average value of number A + number B, divided by 2 (example.) So your "average" is, once more, connected to my 2nd point.

So I dismantle ALOT, I do it for the craft exp and sometimes to make some gold but don't count on that. Anyways this is what I've noticed.

Dragon Breath/Slayer/Heart or Volcano Vally Boxes Gear-

Dismantling Variations- 14-36 earth elements per a dismantle (average 25)

Buy Gear at for no more then 350k if the elements are selling at 14K (average 25 elements x14k=350k)
Buy Gear at for no more then 375k if the elements are selling at 15K (average 25 elements x15k=375k)
Buy Gear at for no more then 400k if the elements are selling at 16K (average 25 elements x16k=400k)

Conqueror's Gear/Weapons/Boxes-

Dismantling Variations- 14-36 sea elements per a dismantle (average 25)

Buy Gear at for no more then 1.25m if the elements are selling at 50K (average 25 elements x50k=1.25m)
Buy Gear at for no more then 1.37m if the elements are selling at 55K (average 25 elements x55k=1.37m)
Buy Gear at for no more then 1.50m if the elements are selling at 60K (average 25 elements x60k=1.50m)

Freezing Gear/Weapons/Boxes-

Dismantling Variations- 34-64 sea elements per a dismantle (average 50)

Buy Gear at for no more then 2.50m if the elements are selling at 50K (average 50 elements x50k=2.50m)
Buy Gear at for no more then 2.75m if the elements are selling at 50K (average 50 elements x55k=2.75m)
Buy Gear at for no more then 3.00m if the elements are selling at 50K (average 50 elements x60k=3.00m)

Divine Gear/Weapons/Boxes- BTW Divine Gear is not a good thing to dismantle unless you plan on dismantling alot of it so the variations in elements is so great that you can loose alot of gold very very fast (or gain alot but don't count on it).

Dismantling Variations- 50-150 (I have seen 50 but never 150) sea elements per a dismantle (average 100)

Buy Gear at for no more then 5.0m if the elements are selling at 50K (average 100 elements x50k=5.0m)
Buy Gear at for no more then 5.5m if the elements are selling at 50K (average 100 elements x55k=5.5m)
Buy Gear at for no more then 6.0m if the elements are selling at 50K (average 100 elements x60k=6.0m)

+0 =*1
+1 =*2
+2 =*4
+3 =*8
+4 =*16
+5 =*32
+6 = *64
+7 = *128
+8 = *256
+9 = *512
+10 =*1024

The multipliers are generally accurate but be careful when dismantling +'ed items as the variations are also multiples of the +. So if say you dismantle a +1 Freeze Sword you should get 100 sea elements but you could get anything between 68 to 128. good if you get the 128, bad if you get the 64.
The variation on a +5 is far greater 1225 to 2048. At 55k per a sea element 1225 would be 67.375m or 2048 Would be 112.64m a difference of 45.265m. So if you can get that +5 Freeze for less the 80m it might be worth a chance but only if you can live with the losses if you get the lower end but its worth keeping an eye out.

This is just from my own experience with dismantling over the last year, hope it helps.
