Ashen crystals are a key part at lower levels they are used to upgrade your mercs.
I will be giving locations to find them and the monster you must grind, these places are from 15-24 for north east asia. In south east asia its level 34-40. Being high level definatly speeds up the grinding speed!

You must hunt the blue dragon's, they are blue and very big they look like big snakes.
they are found all the way at the back of the palace just before the king's chamber

Small Water Dragon and Water Dragon, they are Blue dragons and Green dragons they look like they are mounts, there speacial attack is self destruct.

ive been farming the archer spot for the past 30 minutes and ive already picked up 23 Ashen Crystals I totaly approve of this guide its awsome!

I vote Yes.
Though all you really need is Sea Palace. At high level you can use Jackpot license to get 1 Ashen Crystal and then go elsewhere to fill your jackpot license with good stuff. Get the Ashen Crystal first. Loot 1 by 1 until you get an Ashen on the first or second try. Then leave and go fill your license with good stuff.

Yay, a guildie told me to do this when i needed the crystals. and it worked.
On a side note: think you could make a guide on where to farm Redemption crystals giant crystals and etc?
