The long awaited Character Transfer service, along with the character rename service is now being test on the Training Room server. Character Transfers will allow players to move their characters from one server to another for no fee on the Training Room, however when it does go live, there will be an estimated price of $9.99 per transfer and rename. The official site says that this service will NOT be part of Issue 10 and they do not anticipate the launch of the service on the live servers until afterwards.
