It looks like City of Heroes players are going to be getting some new options in the near future. Here is an excerpt from the story:

In the near future we will be making use of some previously unused Character options and we want you to be aware of them so you can configure them to suit you. In the Options menu, under the Miscellaneous section, there are four web options:

These Web options will soon be used. If you do not wish to have your character’s information be displayed on the World Wide Web, you will want to configure them to be “Enabled.” If you enable “Hide Statistics from Web Page,” none of your information will display. If that option is disabled, then you can configure the next three options: Powers, Badges and Friends List. By default, your Statistics, Powers and Badges will be on, but Friends List will be off.
