FLASHBACK FRIDAY EVENT - DECEMBER 7TH

I've just received news from Statesman that there's a Missile Crisis in Warburg. Seems everyone's out to get a missile these days. Hey, what are you standing around for? I think you should go launch that missile before someone else does. Think of the things you could do with that kind of power. You wouldn’t want it to fall into the wrong hands, would you?

So get over to Warburg with a team of 4 and meet under the Golden Globe at 10PM Eastern. When everyone is ready, DJ Fanny will signal the beginning of the race to launch a missile. Whoever launches the first missile wins the race. But be careful out there - I hear a group of Rogues don't want that missile launched at all. You're going to have to compete against each other as well as survive against the rogues.
The winners get a free sketch of their team. But if no one launches a missile by 12am, the rogues get the prize. So build your teams strong and get ready to get your hands dirty. It's gonna be a tough fight.


RULES

1) Absolutely anyone who can get into Warburg can join. No level/AT restrictions. Heroes and Villains all welcome.

2) Do NOT kill the event judge standing by the launch station. Your entire team will be disqualified if the judge is killed.

3) Stay friendly. The prize is outside of game and will cost real time and money, so we will take griefing very seriously. Any flammatory remarks that are clearly not a joke will result in the entire team being banned. So it’s best not to team with someone like that.

4) Why pre-register? You get more time to coordinate your team and practice the most effective way for your setup to get a payload to the launch station.

5) But Fan, I don’t have a team and the event is about to start. Well, if you’re solo, then I will be standing in Warburg under the globe helping incomplete teams find members.

6) If you’re not signed up or formed with me, then your names will not be on my roster and I will ignore you if you launch a missile.

7) The Rogues will have a copy of the roster and will not attack anyone not on it. I don’t want to affect anyone who does not wish to participate in this event. However, since it is unreasonable to give this list to every participant, I will not disqualify any team that kills someone not participating in the event. I simply ask that you be mindful of individuals not participating, and leave them alone.


We will be forming the event at 10pm, and the race will begin at exactly 11pm Eastern. You have 1 hour to launch that nuke. Good luck.
