Solar-Star's event again.. Just like the week before, but with more. well.. fire! Sparklers will be handed out by staff, and we'll be expecting a few friendly fire shows, as well as possibly some information on the dangers of fire, and some fire related puns. Hot and extra spicy food will be served up. If I get enough gumption, I might even think of some trivia contests and fun games.. Here's to hoping! Mebbe we can do a hotfoot danceoff.

Update: The party is officially set at Ithica Island! Who will show?

"In celebration of today's release of Super Smash Brothers Brawl (Smashbros.com), Insanity's Child is taking to the Arena in Galaxy City! In addition to random matchups and a private tournament, we'll be discussing the game itself, relax, eat "typical American gaming snacks." (Junk food, and Internet Rumors© brand Spam©!)

We're expecting a few special guests for this one as well.. Quasi celebrities unite! Drop in, do some 'smashin, and have some fun. (Update: Metsuke just confirmed he'd be willing to be our special guest host for this event. COHVault fans might know him as City of Heroes Vault Site Manager "jiggyj." We'll get you more updates if we figure out any details. It's a great place to get some interesting information on the pre release vision of City of Heroes.. *Grins*)

Description: It didn't go off very well last time, so we're taking another crack at Solar Star's sock hop! Once again, the location is Solar-Star's choosing. Expect a wide variety of games, including tag and hide and seek, and a few contests if we get enough people to come! We're expecting Solar-Star will be requesting lots of hot'n'spicy foods be served.. and maybe we'll toss in a campfire and marshmallows for the party, too!
