We think it's probably common knowledge by now that
City of Heroes and
City of Villains both have arguably the best character creation process of any MMO out there. This is interesting if you consider the fact that the game has been out for four years now.

CoH character creation in a video he just posted today. This 17-minute visual aid walks us through the process from start to finish, yet explains that it could literally take hours to refine your character exactly to your likings.
