Just when you thought the
City of Heroes character creation process wasn't involved enough, we get word that the power customization in the upcoming Issue 16 will definitely include the ability to change the color of your powers at creation. We had previously
heard that this may be the case, but
a new Issue 16 overview on the
CoH website confirms it.
This recent news also includes much more information on enhanced difficulty settings and the proliferation of powersets among all Archetypes, allowing more types of players to possess more powersets. Check out
