Free kills in Terra Volta : City of Heroes - Submissions

As long as you are able to enter Terra Volta (level 23) you should be able to get a few free kills without getting attacked. This works best if you are a blaster or defender with pretty long range attacks.

Look for the groups of Freaks and Sky Raiders that are firing at each other with people cheering behind them. If you attack the Freaks, they will not fire back no matter what. They will not so much as move out of place. Just make sure not to alert the Sky Raiders because those guys will fire back.

You can find such groups to the east and west of Gordon Trench. Make absolutely sure that the group you are attacking are Freaks and Sky Raiders that are firing guns at each other. If you see them brawling, do not attack because they will all fire back.

Remember, only attack the Freaks.
