kizzit's smbot? : City of Heroes - Submissions

ok i heard if u type in "/friend kizzit's smbot" without qoutes u will see it says ur friend kizzit's smbot is online. ur supposed to grp with it but i cant get it to say kizzit's smbot is online so maybe it only works on a certain server or servers cuz many peeps ays it works but i ask wat server they r on and they dont reply any help?
