Super fast power leveling on city of heroes test server : City of Heroes - Submissions

First find a controller that has pets [can be any level just has to have pets], then have the controller call on their pets, after that use the new exemplar feature, now go around killing high level villains with the pets and getting extremely high exp for even minions.
