Teleport Exploit : City of Heroes - Submissions

Teleport back into the city/to the floor right before entering a portal (in example the portal between Skyway and Talos, not a portal you have to click) and once the loading has finished you will find yourself at the co-ordinates that you set as target before entering.
This only works if you teleport to a co-ordinate that exists, or you will end up at the standard entrance.

This works best from Skyway to Talos, because you end up in the middle of the map, almost by the Perigrine ship.
