I have read a few threads here and havent seen this commented on yet. If it has been please be patiant with me.
I was wondering if you have Xunleashed installed on your PC and don't run it till the PC9 patch can you stil somehow get in trouble/banned ?
I saw were Wyvern said to re-name some file (i'll have to re-look it up to get the name)
Can mythic still tell somhow you have this program on your PC, and will they ban you even if you are not using it at the time?
For instance I havent logged into DAOC through xunleashed since NF came out. Is there any way Mythic could know i have this program installed? I wonder if they did know would they still want to ban me, even though i am nopt using radar now.

No one knows what level of detection they are truely using to find out. So there is always a risk. Also DAOC is going to become like EQ became. You're going to be looking over your shoulder with every patch wondering if they changed their detection schemes.
If you don't want to eventually get banned or are not willing to accept getting banned for using it, then don't use it.
There is no way to be 100% sure that they cannot detect it or suspect you for using it. These companies can and will ban you for any reason they want when it comes down too it. Playing their game is a privelege not a right. Even if you did pay money for it.
Actually what i've been doing is running Xunleashed with the DAOCUnleashed Service Plugin disabled and the Map Plugin. I'm thinking that's prolly how they're identifying it. I could be wrong though. RC9 comes out tonight which is a good thing.
The file is errorlog.txt and just delete it and make a folder of the same name (per WyvernX).
