No man you are missing the point but i will waste my time and give you an exsample that you might get.
You buy a Mustang because you heard that some one is giving out a turbo charger for free that he made on his own.
You put the charger on the mastang and you see that is not working, then you go to the dealer that you got the car and you demand that he makes the charger work for your car.
Guess what he will tell you?
You pay for the car and is working as it was advertised the charger you got it for free so go after the guy who made it.
You end up with a cool car but with no turbo on it the car is still doing the job right?
Same as XU it is still working if you smart enough make your own plugin for it and you are golden untill then wait for Wyvern to uptade his and stop complaining because you got it for free.

When I subscribed to XU the plugin was included with the package regardless of where it came from. Johndoe if you want to learn something instead of being an ignorant !@#$%^&* look up implied agent-principal laws under, also review Liability for Torts and crimes, when you understand these items talk to me intelligently and we can have a mature debate.

Wyv in my original post I asked you not to take it as a dig. Johndoe's drama apparently influenced your attitude toward my post. I am angry with XU not you Wyv specificaly, and I still believe that the service is garbage and so do many people who are not posting atm.

The XU service is working fine imo. And Wyv should take all the time he needs to update, only reason I was frustrated with this is because nobody is saying anything and I didnt have access to premium, which I now do. Thank you Wyv

WRONG you got XU and you had to download and install the DU service plugin for the map to work.

When you hit accept on paypal did you get anything about DU Servise plugin?....no you didnt you only got the registration for XU.


The DU service plugin was for download on the XU page for our convinience so we dont have to go all over teh net looking for it.
Get your facts straight before you start the lecture next time.
In the end if you dont like it just make your own damn plugin and stop the whining.
Comming here and trowing in our face all your law knowlege to impres us is not going to help your case, if you have problem with XU sue them and lets see what the court will tell you.

It is simple....you pay for something and you crying because something else is not working, for the last time XU and DU servise are two difrent things and you only pay for XU get it in your head.

So I assume that the XUFish script I wrote is now something admin must track and keep updated for you. You are truly an idiot and an !@#$%^&*.

Johndoe I am not suing anyone for a $20 purchase it's not worth my time. XU legally is liable for any services provided under specific circumstances. You have to understand the law in order for it to make sense. What I will do is just not renew my subscription. I'll choose another service, fortunately I have that choice as a consumer.

holy smokes. please stop talking about money here. Its only $20 for the year and your throwing a baby over it. If you are having issues over $20, trying MSN.com. I think they have some free online gaming sites. creating, patching, developing software takes a lot of time. Being impatient isnt going to speed anything up. Get use to the fact that Mythic has a lot of hired help working 8 to 10 hours a day creating anti-cheating rhythm affects, algorithmic procedures/programs, etc., which takes them months and months to develop. You have Wyvern standing alone up against some serious odds and you expect him to research and present you with an anti-product in a couple weeks. LET THE MAN DO HIS RESEARCH AND JOB EFFECTIVELY!! Get off his back. You should be helping Wyvern by cheering him on instead of being ungrateful.
