DAOC - 2007 Guild Website Contest! : DAOC News

Do you think you have the best website for your guild? Want to put it to the test? Send it in for our third annual Guild Website Contest! We’ll be accepting entries starting on Thursday, October 11 and ending on Monday, October 15. Entries will be judged by the Herald team, and the winners will be announced on Friday, October 19th.

Here are the rules:

-Anyone is welcome to enter, but your guild must exist on a US server.

-All sites must have clean content throughout. Sites containing defamatory content or links to objectionable (read: PG13 or darker) material will not be included in the contest.

-Previous winners are welcome to enter.

-If your guild site is also the alliance site, you may only enter one category. Be sure to specify which category you're entering on the form.

-Sites must represent a currently active guild from any DAOC realm and server.

Winners will be announced on October 19 in each of these categories:

Best Design/Layout
Best New Guild (please include the date your guild was formed for his entry)
Best Screenshot Gallery
Most Hilarious
Most Informative
Best Alliance Site
Best Realm/Server Site
Best Roleplaying
And More!

Please be sure to fill out the form in its entirety. Select Guild News from the drop-down menu and enter WEBSITE CONTEST in the “your submission/story title” field. Also, be sure to let us know which category you're entering!

All sites entered will be linked in the final announcement on Friday, October 19, regardless of winning status. So get your guild name out there just by entering!

Prizes:
Worldwide fame, bragging rights, and recognition on the Herald. Winning sites will also receive an official DAOC/Mythic Best Website of 2007 banner.
