Q) It seems to me that I've misplaced or accidentally got rid of my bind stones. Is there any way to get new ones or am I just out of luck? I went to the guy and he said he already gave me them.

A) The Royal Treasury Clerk NPCs will replace your loyalty reward recall stones (personal bind, personal house, guild house) if you no longer have a particular portal stone. If the NPC is still saying he already gave you them, then try checking your vault, inventory, and saddlebags. Odds are the missing stone is just lurking in one of those spots. In game support can not replace these items to you, so always return to the NPC. If you can not find your items, and the NPC will not award them to you, appeal in game, and CS will attempt to find them on your behalf.

Do be aware that if you drop any of these items on the ground, you can not pick them back up. They will disappear from your inventory when you do so. This has to do with the way these items are created.

Q) I'm a bit confused about armor. If I were to let my armor piece go down to 70& con, what is affected other than bonuses?

A) Your biggest problem would be the loss of Armor Factor. The potential AF your armor can provide is always multiplied by your armor’s current condition (along with quality + the bonus). If your armor is at 70% condition, you’re going to miss out on a lot of AF. For instead of 102AF, you might only end up with only 71AF.

Q) I was just wondering what the point of Arsonach in Cathal Valley is, does he have any significant drops? Also, I was wondering the same thing pertaining to the burning man in Cathal Valley.

A) Arsonach is just an errant fire lord that the dead reckoners summon. Both Arsonach and the ‘burning man’ are just flavor mobs. They do have drops, but nothing that is unique to them. At some point we might go back and tell the story of the ‘burning man’ and why he haunts the tower at the end of Cathal Valley or where the dead reckoners came from and why they want to summon Arsonach, but for now we leave that to your imagination.

Q) Will items with bonuses to style or melee damage that have a "Requirement: vs Humanoid" work against other players in RvR?

A) No, only humanoid monsters.

Q) Is there a reason that the "Katorii" monster, which is the monster for Master Level step 7.8, is not one of the options that can be chosen when turning in Reforming Energies of an Afrit?

A) “Katorii” can be found in the [full group] options, near the end of the first paragraph, right before Typhon.

Q) With the recent changes to gravity, the task of climbing ladders in the bridge towers is almost next to impossible while stealthed. Can gravity be reduced just a little to allow for a stealth character to be able to climb a ladder and not fall?

A) The development team will look in to this a bit to see if we can find a middle ground. As for the ladder issue, once the keep revamp is complete, the ladders will no longer be an issue.

Q) I'm just wondering, does Windchaser Naihera, in Lynnn Barfog still spawns at all?

A) Yes, Windchaser does still spawn. From looking into it though, it appears she was uber-rare, requiring you to be in a certain area and killing certain things for a slim chance of her appearance. A bit too much on the random side perhaps, so we’ve adjusted her spawn rate so she spawns on her own, which means you should have a much better chance to catch up with her. This has been done internally and will go to Pendragon with the next patch and then Live when we patch 1.90.

Q) Why are artifact shields like Shield of Khaos and Cyclops eye not dyable by the burnish purchasable in the throne room? Are they dyable at all and if no why not?

A) This was an intentional design decision made when the shields were introduced, and unfortunately this cannot be changed with our current technology and current engine.

Q) I have a question concerning mounts. I have crafted saddlebags for my mount. My mount already has 2 and I wanted to add 2 more. I can't figure out how to add them. I tried dropping them on the horse, putting them in the slot where the other 2 are both to no avail. I tried this both mounted and unmounted and with custom and non-custom ui. I asked and everyone told me the same thing, open the mount window and drag them over. No luck. I'm sure it is something silly I am overlooking. Please help. Also is there anyway to remove saddlebags from horses?

A) You need to /use the saddlebags to activate them. Note that you must meet the champion level requirement to do so. The Left Front Saddlebag, which activates slots 1-4, requires CL2. The Right Front Saddlebag, which activates slots 5-8 requires CL3. The Left Rear Saddlebag, which activates slots 9-12, requires CL4. The Right Rear Saddlebag, which activates slots 13-16, requires CL5.

There is no way to remove a saddlebag from a horse. They will transfer from one mount to another. The items stored inside will remain there for you to retrieve as well.

Q) I need information on forming an alliance, what exactly is needed to form one?

A) You need to have your guild leader (or player with the appropriate permission) to target the other guild leader (or player with the appropriate permission) and type “/gc ainvite”

To set up a rank in your guild with the permission to enter or leave alliances, you can use the “/gc edit [ranknum] alliances Y” command (without the quotes and brackets).
