Doppelganger cloaks and Dreaded Seals included in your hot fixes today:


- The Doppelganger Reward Cloaks have been modified so that they do not require repair and will not wear out.

- (PVE Server) The target practice boats in the water in the Tutorial Zone will spawn as neutral on the PVE ruleset so that players can attack them properly with trebuchets.

- (PVE Server) In 1.93, we introduced recipes that would allow players on the PVE ruleset to combine Dreaded seals to ease the redemption of said seals. An issue was discovered (noted in this grab bag: http://www.camelotherald.com/more/3527.shtml) where the BPs received were not in proportion to the RPs received. To fix this issue, when a character turns in one of the new seals, the NPC will award the character an extra set of BP to bring the total amount up to the appropriate amount. This means the character will get two messages regarding an award of BPs, one generated automatically from the system based on the number of RPs given and an additional amount from the NPC that will bring the total amount up so it matches the amount of increase appropriate. This sounds a bit complicated so an example might be in order:

Note: 1 Lambent Dreaded Seal equals 10 Glowing Dreaded Seal.

Before the fix:

- A level 50 player turning in a Glowing Dreaded Seal got 3000 RP and 54 BP (before any bonuses).
- A level 50 player turning in a Lambent Dreaded Seal got 30000 RP and 173 BP (before any bonuses).
- The BP is obviously not 10x normal like the RP is.

After the fix:

- A level 50 player turning in a Glowing Dreaded Seal got 3000 RP and 54 BP (before any bonuses).
- A level 50 player turning in a Lambent Dreaded Seal got 30000 RP and 173 BP plus an additional 367 BP for a total of 540 BP (before any bonuses).
- This makes the BP 10x normal just like the RP increase.

Note: This fix is not retroactive. If you turned in a combined seal from a recipe before the fix, we cannot grant any additional BP retroactively. We apologize for this. In recognition of this, we’ve decided to implement a 150% BP Zone bonus for the capital cities for one week.
