A note from our Customer Service Department: CS would like you to know that, unfortunately, the players that were removed from their guilds during the issue today were not placed back into their guilds. If you were removed from your guild due to this issue please do the following:


If you were a Rank 0 for your guild, and were stripped from your guild, please appeal as an Emergency in the following format:

/appeal Hello there! I was a Rank 0 in the guild , and I was stripped from my guild today. Please place me back into guild.

Be advised, you will have needed to be a Rank 0 for over 24 hours in order for CS to verify your status within the guild.

For all other Ranks, please ask your Guild Leadership for a re-invite to the guild. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.
