DAOC - Live Hotfix : DAOC News

The following is now live:

- Skalds that chose the medium Dragonslayer shield as their reward can now properly trade-in that item for another reward at any time. This fixes a bug were the NPC would not accept this particular item as a trigger for the trade-in quest for Skalds.

- The Mauler Dragonslayer Weapons have had their primary proc changed from 'Withered Assault' to 'Perfectly Balanced' based on internal feedback.
