I'm working on doing a simple mining bot with actool for darkfall. It will only do a pre-defined course naturally. But the problem i've encountered is that i can't find a way to place the crosshair in exactly the same pre-defined position as before, which makes the route the bot takes sort of unstable from attempt to attempt. This is because the bot needs to start in the same pos and with the same viewing loc to make it work as intended. Is there a way to make the bot aim at a pre-defined spot which will be exactly the same every time? An external program would be ok.

I guess you could do a Pixel check while standing in a corner or against an Object, so that you have the same starting point always, and the Pixelcheck would make sure you have the same Crosshair position.

If you make a tool like that please be sure to make it with a Recorder or waypoints, otherwise it would be utterly useless for the community.

Just a thought, and I may have misunderstood your question, why don't you try "recording" while your resting. When you stand up, it instantly puts it in the center, every time. Not sure if this will help though :D

this works for aligning the crosshair in the same vertical position every time, but not the horisontal position, so i still need to work that out

well, how do i know where to start from to know how long i need to send down ?
also, the vertical position isnt an issue because of rest reseting view in vertical....

havent got any external recorder or macro player to work other than actool and darkfall wont accept it moving the mouse
