It seams you should suicide at least once a day to not hit the skill caps...
this I cant say with 100% but 36hours ago I gained 7.8 in sprint in 6hours
havent died since then and now I gained 3.8 in 7hours. same macro a m8 of mine hade same problem... This seams to work on the same way on personal stats.

tips die by towers so u dont fekk up your kill ratio :)

As I said before cant prove this yet... but I would like ppls to help me check this out! If its like this we really could get some advantage!!

The higher the skill, the more slowly you gain it. So obviously you'll gain sprint faster when it's at a lower lvl

Suiciding doesn't appear to alter gain rate.

The only proven gain rate modifier i've come across so far is the stackable nourishment bonus, though as far as I've seen you need to have a high boost (+3-4 nourishment bonus) to see any noticeable gain rate difference, and to get the kind of food that'll allow you to stack that much you need access to a farm or money to buy the 900-1500 second food items like stews, sausages etc.
