Stats & skills and how to train them

Nice skills to get with Spell Chanting buffs, please note that the buff helps only with skills which have a health, stamina or mana requirement.

Toughness - small bonus to maximum health - 250gp - health max 300+
Perseverance - small bonus to maximum stamina - 250gp - stamina max 300+
Fleet - Increases maximum quickness - 350gp - 100 sprint and 350+ stamina

Swimming and sprinting train strength, vitality and quickness, to train sprint put a heavy object on your sprint button and run to a wall.

To see what stat is trained by a skill first open your Player Stats window or re-open it if you had it open, use skill and the trained stats will be high-lighted, some skills do not train any stat.

From the best skill to train with to least, though sometimes it's easier to choose a skill you can train while afk like Sprinting or Swimming.

Strength (+½ health)
:: 2h melee combat skills, 1h melee combat skills, harvesting except fishing and herb gathering, swimming, sprinting, weapon and armor crafting ::

Vitality (+1 health, +1 stamina)
:: 2h melee combat skills, 1h melee combat skills, harvesting except fishing and herb gathering, swimming and sprinting, weapon and armor crafting ::

Dexterity
:: archery ::

Quickness (+1 stamina)
:: swimming, riding, sprinting, daggers, damage ::

Intelligence (+2 mana)
:: spells, alchemy (very very little) ::

Wisdom (+1 mana)
:: cooking, fishing&herb gathering and all of the other harvesting skills, crafting, spell damage ::


Formulas

Health = 150 + Str/2 + Vit*2
Stamina = 200 + Vit + Qck
Mana = 100 + Int*2 + Wis

Once I have maxed out swimming and sprinting at 100; will it still raise Vitality if I keep doing it?

Yes vit will still go up and this isn't totally common knowledge to me.

Nay because if you play the game you know these common facts, adding pretty color wont change that.

Yea its pretty basic, but why not do some in depth guides with pictures? A new expansion came out and im sure lots of people would like those. Its also an easy way to get premmy
