This exploit is pretty well known by high end players.
Otto's Irresistible Box instantly levels a character from 8-16. It is possible to stack exp potions with this box that can get you to level 19.
Use the following bonuses.
1) Experience potion, 50% is the best
2) EXP boost from a shrine
3) VIP exp bonus
4) Voice of the master (or any item that offers an exp boost)

With the new stones it is possible to get 3.4 mill xp this way and with the xp reducion needed to lvl. That's from lvl 8 to lvl 20
