Can I call a macro from a script? : Developer's Corner

The name pretty much says it all, Id basically like to call and run a macro from a script thats currently running, and then when the macro completes, continue running the script.

Is this possible? If so, how would I go about it? A link to some documentation on this would more then be sufficient btw.
