Could you please post any available API functions that I can call to use the Macro and Trigger plug-ins?

Yes there are. If you will include the MacroHelper.dll and TriggerHelper.dll files into your vb project, you can use the Object viewer to look at the API's. They are pretty self explanitory, but if you have any questions, just ask.
