Let me start off with why I made this macro. There are a lot of mining macros out for Eve-Online, but most of them are ment for "smaller" ships like the Caldari Bantam. Let me explain why I say this. Most macros mine ore for a single period of time. You tell the macro how long it takes to fill up your cargo, and then the macro mines, and sends your ship back to a chosen station. Now, this is great and all, but there are those of us that have bigger ships. Like the Bestower, that can hold a capacity of over 30000 with some small upgrades. Using a ship that holds a lot of space is a very good thing for AFK mining. The reason for this is quite simple. The ship can keep mining without going back for multiple trips. This is great, it cuts out the time you would be spending moving around, and just puts it into non-stop mining.
The main reason I think there are not any macros for big ships, is quite simple. It is hard to make a good one. A big ship mines non-stop on one asteroid till it is gone. With a smaller ship, it usually takes up 1/2 the ore of a asteroid. That is why you need a macro that will repeat certian parts of itself, that way every little bit of time it finds a new astroid. Let me explain.
When a Large ship comes to an asteroid filed. It will mine on one astroid. Now after about 30 mins of mining, the astroid has nothing left. So, you need a macro that will restart certian parts, so it is always going to the next asteroid. When I say parts I mean opening up the scanner, and clicking on the next astroid and telling it to mine. Now, there is another optoin to do this, and it is one I like a lot better. When the macro starts it will start mining the asteroid at the top of the list in the scanner. After 20 mins it will open the scanner again and once again it will start to mine the asteroid at the top of the list in the scanner. Now, this is a good thing and a bad thing. After the first 20 mins of mining the asteroid may have a lot of ore left or a little. So you may end up starting the next cycle and after 10 mins the asteroid will be empty.
With my macro, you will get the chance to decide how much time you want it to mine for. You will also get to decide how many times it mines. For example, I have the macro set to mine for 20 mins then open the scanner and mine the asteroid at the top of the list again. It will do this 9 times then it will return to the station. So, it will mine for a total of 3hrs. I hope you can understand this. There is a real downside to this, you are going to have to play around and see how much time it takes to fill your cargo. But, for bigger ships this is really the only way.
Now onto the macro!
Things you need to know:
-This macro script needs a separate program. I made it with Macro Tools Works. You can run the script with this program if you desire. You can download it at the following link:
http://www.pitrinec.com/tworks.zip
-The macro is location sensitive so if you move windows around you are going to have ot readjust your macro or the windows to the macro's original coordinates.
-The macro needs to be ran in windowed mode.
-The macro you will have to fine tune allot based on your ship and skills. Do not worry i go into detail all the aspects of the macro so it will become rather easy to fill in your configurations.
-The macro does work, so if there is some reason its not working for you just you need to configure your settings more.
-To acquire coordinates you need to run eve in windowed mode and look at the bottom of macro toolsworks for the in screen coordinates.
-Have your ships cargo empty when you start the macro.
-Record your time to dock in station from exiting hyperspace to active dock window.
-You will want to hunt in a 1.0 or 0.9 system therefore you wont have to worry about pirate attacks and no one can try to PK you.
-Go to the asteroid field you will be mining in and select keep location. This is a must for the macro to work.
-Keep the tab by range selected in the scanner menu and sub tab is names selected. Then close it so whenever it opens up that’s the area shown. (note: with newest 1238 patch this function might now work for you. If not make sure your scanner is set on then by name and distance button is checked.)
-Let me repeat this macro works perfectly just remember to CHANGE COORDINATES ON YOUR SCREEN ADJUST TO IT.

When I designed this macro I really made 3 macros and put it together as one. So that is how I will be explaining it, and having you set it up.
Part 1: Going from the station to the asteroid belt.
Here is the part of the macro we will be working on in this section:
<wx>(300)<mm>(149,333)<mlbd><wx>(300)<mlbu><wx>(300)<mm>(270,849)<mrbd><wx>(300)<mrbu><wx>(300)<mm>(293,844)<mlbd><wx>(300)<mlbu><wx>(300)<mm>(437,843)<mlbd><wx>(300)<mlbu><wx>(300)<mm>(505,727)<mlbd><wx>(300)<mlbu><wx>(90000)<mm>(572,802)<mlbd><wx>(300)<mlbu><wx>(300)<mm>(771,377)<mrbd><wx>(300)<mrbu><wx>(300)<mm>(809,417)<mlbd><wx>(300)<mlbu><wx>(300)<mm>(908,436)<mlbd><wx>(300)<mlbu><wx>(360000)<mm>(948,280)<mlbd><wx>(300)<mlbu><wx>(1500)<mm>(688,830)<mrbd><wx>(300)<mrbu><wx>(300)<mm>(734,804)<mlbd><wx>(300)<mlbu><wx>(1500)

Part 2: Mining asteroids.
Here is the part we will be looking at for this section.
<begloop>(5)<wx>(500)<mm>(573,799)<mlbd><wx>(300)<mlbu><wx>(800)<mm>(758,370)<mrbd><wx>(300)<mrbu><wx>(800)<mm>(800,411)<mlbd><wx>(300)<mlbu><wx>(800)<mm>(917,425)<mlbd><wx>(300)<mlbu><wx>(800)<mm>(813,378)<mrbd><wx>(300)<mrbu><wx>(800)<mm>(874,428)<mlbd><wx>(300)<mlbu><wx>(16797)<mm>(942,275)<mlbd><wx>(300)<mlbu><wx>(500)<mm>(625,804)<mlbd><wx>(180)<mlbu><wx>(1200000)<mm>(630,807)<mlbd><wx>(150)<mlbu><wx>(700)<mm>(935,596)<mrbd><wx>(150)<mrbu><wx>(600)<mm>(829,566)<mlbd><wx>(188)<mlbu><wx>(500)<mm>(546,213)<mrbd><wx>(172)<mrbu><wx>(900)<mm>(601,269)<mlbd><wx>(156)<mlbu><endloop>
<begloop>(5)<wx>(500) (5) How many times you want the mining to loop.
<mm>(573,799)<mlbd><wx>(300)<mlbu><wx>(800) (573,799) Scanner Coordinate
<mm>(758,370)<mrbd><wx>(300)<mrbu><wx>(800) (758,370) Right Click on the top of the list
<mm>(800,411)<mlbd><wx>(300)<mlbu><wx>(800) (800,411) Click on Orbit
<mm>(917,425)<mlbd><wx>(300)<mlbu><wx>(800) (917,425) Click Orbit 1KM
<mm>(813,378)<mrbd><wx>(300)<mrbu><wx>(800) (813,378) Right Click on the top of the list
<mm>(874,428)<mlbd><wx>(300)<mlbu><wx>(16797) (874,428) Click Lock Target
<mm>(942,275)<mlbd><wx>(300)<mlbu><wx> (942,275) Close Scanner Window
<mm>(625,804)<mlbd><wx>(300)<mlbu><wx>(1200000) (625,804) Enable Turret, Change the (1200000) to whatever number you like. It will equal how much time your ship mines for. 60000=One Minuite. After the time is up. it will release the current asteroid and get a new one, and start mining again untill it has repeated itself however many times you set it to above.
<mm>(630,807)<mlbd><wx>(300)<mlbu><wx>(700) (630,807) Disable Turret
<mm>(935,596)<mrbd><wx>(300)<mrbu><wx>(600) (935,596) I know this sounds wierd, but you need to have a Coordinate somwhere up in the right hand corner, it does not matter where, just as long as it is out of the way.
<mm>(829,566)<mlbd><wx>(188)<mlbu><wx>(500) (829,566) Same as above, just have this second Coordinate out of the way like the first. Make sure there is a little space between them if you put them close.
<mm>(546,213)<mrbd><wx>(172)<mrbu><wx>(900) (546,213) This one is a little hard to do. Target somthing, it does not matter what. Then once it is targeted, bring your curser over the center of it and use that Coordinate.
<mm>(601,269)<mlbd><wx>(156)<mlbu> (601,269) Right click on the exact Coordinate that you have above, and use the Coordinate of "Unlock Target".
Part 3: Returning to the station and droping off the ore.
Here is the part we will be looking at for this section.
<wx>(500)<mm>(188,192)<mlbd><wx>(150)<mlbu><wx>(1500)<mm>(240,241)<mlbd><wx>(150)<mlbu><wx>(1500)<mm>(330,260)<mlbd><wx>(150)<mlbu><wx>(1500)<mm>(592,293)<mlbd><wx>(150)<mlbu><wx>(300000)<mm>(642,565)<mrbd><wx>(150)<mrbu><wx>(1500)<mm>(706,602)<mlbd><wx>(150)<mlbu><wx>(4735)<mm>(152,749)<mlbd><wx>(150)<mlbu><wx>(1500)<mm>(210,639)<mlbd><wx>(2000)<mm>(253,768)<mlbu><wx>(2000)<mm>(503,560)<mlbd><wx>(150)<mlbu><wx>(2000)<mm>(502,718)<mlbd><wx>(150)<mlbu><wx>(2000)<mm>(152,890)<mlbd><wx>(150)<mlbu>
This is where you are opening up the dock procedure next to your solar systems name in the top left hand corner and selecting dock. Here you have 5mins to warp to the station of your choice, and dock. This number can be changed by editing the number (200000) that can be found in the macro. Below it shows where it is.
<mm>(188,192)<mlbd><wx>(150)<mlbu><wx>(1500) (188,192) Right click on the name
<mm>(240,241)<mlbd><wx>(150)<mlbu><wx>(1500) (240,241) Move to Stations and click on it
<mm>(330,260)<mlbd><wx>(150)<mlbu><wx>(1500) (330,260) Select your chosen station and click on it.
<mm>(592,293)<mlbd><wx>(150)<mlbu><wx>(300000) (592,293) Select the dock command.
This is the part where items will be moved from the cargo hold to the items area in the station of your choice.
<mm>(642,565)<mrbd><wx>(150)<mrbu><wx>(1500) (642,565) Right click on ship and open window
<mm>(706,602)<mlbd><wx>(150)<mlbu><wx>(1500) (706,602) Move to open cargo and select it.
<mm>(152,749)<mlbd><wx>(150)<mlbu><wx>(1500) (152,749) Move to items in left bottom corner and open it.
<mm>(210,639)<mlbd><wx>(2000)<mm>(253,768)<mlbu><wx>(2000) Cargo:(210,639) Items:(253,768) Select item in ships cargo and move it to ship items.
<mm>(503,560)<mlbd><wx>(150)<mlbu><wx>(2000) (503,560) Close Cargo Hold.
<mm>(502,718)<mlbd><wx>(150)<mlbu><wx>(2000) (502,718) Close Items
<mm>(152,890)<mlbd><wx>(150)<mlbu> (152,890) Leave Station.
Well thats it.You are all done! Enjoy your new macro for BIG Ships. As you can tell, it can be easily fitted for smaller ships. Either way.
Enjoy!
